Architectural Committee

Committee Chair - Kyle Seconi

The architectural committee was designed to assist homeowners in home improvement decisions that must be done within the guidelines, bylaws, and covenants of SMHOA. Neighborhood Watch Committee

The neighborhood watch committee works in conjunction the Aiken County Sherrif’s department to help make our neighborhood as safe as possible.

Landscaping Committee

The landscaping committee works in conjunction with the contracted lawn service to create and maintain all landscaping in the common areas of the neighborhood.

Social & Events Committee
